Good Thermal Shock Resistance
Doyen IAF filter with good thermal shock resistance can work from room temperature to 1550 celsius degree without phase change.
Unique Post Firing Cutting Manufacturing Process
Final product dimensional accuracy is much higher than that of what is processed by the traditional foam cutting process, leading to great reduction in the casting defects caused by dimension differences and improvement of filtration effect.

Kyanite as Aggregate
Thermal expansion factor of our ACH filters is around 50% compared to that of the traditional PBA filters and the thermal stress is around 25% during preheating.
