Ceramic Foam Filter for Aluminum Cast House (ACH)

Doyen ACH filter uses kyanite with low thermal expansion and low elastic modulus as aggregate, resulting in an improvement that the thermal expansion factor of our ACH filters is around 50% compared to that of the traditional PBA filters and the thermal stress is around 25% during preheating, which effectively eliminates the cracking and crushing issues during preheating and the floating issue during filtering.

Doyen ACH filter is processed by an unique manufacturing process of post drying cutting, thus dimensional accuracy of final products is much higher than that of what is processed by traditional foam cutting process, so the deformation caused by impregnation and drying can be prevented.

Doyen ACH filter uses new type of expandable gasket that can ensure the sealing between filter and filter bowl and effectively prevent the floating issue when filtering.

Doyen ACH filter is manufactured with special face treatment process that can eliminate the crumbs, thus the defects caused by that can be effectively prevented.

Doyen ACH filter is processed by highly automated production line that can minimize the impact of human factors on quality. Our 100% wet weight of impregnated blanks online inspection and control system, 100% final product pressure drop testing procesure can make sure each piece of filter meets quality standard.

Doyen ACH filter sizes are varied from 229mm(9 inches)，305mm(12 inches)，381mm(15 inches)，432mm(17 inches)，508mm(20 inches)，584mm(23 inches) to 660mm(26 inches). Pore sizes are varied from 20ppi, 30ppi, 40ppi, 50ppi to 60ppi that can meet customers’ requirements.
