Doyen IAF filter with good thermal shock resistance can work from room temperature to 1550 celsius degree without phase change which is widely used for cast iron and cast aluminum filtration.
Doyen IAF filter is processed by unique post firing cutting manufacturing process, and therefore the final product dimensional accuracy is much higher than that of what is processed by the traditional foam cutting process, leading to great reduction in the casting defects caused by dimension differences and improvement of filtration effect.
100% wet weight of impregnated blanks online inspection and control system can effectively ensure uniformity and stability of the filters.
Doyen automated production line can ensure the full automatization of processes from slurry preparation, impregnation, drying, firing to cutting to minimize the impact of human factors on quality.
Filter sizes are varied from 30mm to 300mm for square, rectangular and round parts, thickness could be 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, 22mm, 32mm and 40mm or more to meet customers’ requirements. Dimension tolerance is +/-0.8mm to length, width and diameter and is +/-1.0mm to thickness for all series of IAF filters.
